Customer story · Wagon
The data was all there. It just couldn’t talk to itself.
Wagon is a design studio that tracked everything: estimates on the tasks, hours in a separate time-tracking system. The problem was the gap between the two.
Before: hours of chasing, then hours of organizing
Collecting everyone’s hours meant chasing the whole team, one by one. Then came the second job: spending more hours organizing what came back into something readable.
The harder problem was invisible. Estimates lived on the tasks, but the time-tracking system couldn’t connect hours back to those tasks. Wagon hadthe data, both halves of it, and still couldn’t answer the question that mattered: which tasks are taking longer than we planned?
What changed
In Juggle, the estimate and the hours live on the same task. There’s no export, no matching spreadsheets, no second system to reconcile. When someone logs time, it lands directly against the work it belongs to.
Now: the right questions, early
Wagon can see quickly which tasks are running long while the project is still moving. And that changes the conversation. Instead of reconstructing what happened, they ask the questions that lead somewhere: Did we estimate this the wrong way? Are we hitting technical problems?
Those answers turn into better decisions with the client and with the team.
“Friday reports used to mean chasing everyone down for their hours and piecing everything together. Now the information is already there, and I can send the report in a few minutes.”
