Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
Who we are
Juggle (juggleit.co) is a project management platform for animation, motion and design studios, operated by Lorenzo Franco(“Juggle”, “we”, “us”). For anything related to this policy or your data, write to notifications@juggleit.co.
What we collect
- Account information. You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never see or store your Google password.
- Content you and your team create. Projects, tasks, comments, frame annotations, wiki and notes pages, time entries, and the media files you upload for review (video, images, archives).
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. We receive your subscription status, plan and billing identifiers. Your full card details never touch our servers.
- Technical data. Server logs and error reports (including browser and device information) so we can keep the service working and fix crashes.
- Preferences stored on your device.View settings like filters, board layout and dashboard configuration are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sync your projects, render your media, calculate your hours and budgets.
- To send notification and transactional emails (task activity, invitations, reminders). You can tune notification preferences inside the app.
- To manage subscriptions and control access to paid features.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
- To keep the service secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.
We do notsell your data, and we do not use your content or your studio's media for advertising or for training AI models.
Who can see your content
Juggle is a team tool. Content you create inside an organization is visible to the other members of that organization according to the roles its owners and managers configure. Deactivated members lose access to organization content. Your organization's owners are responsible for who they invite.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run Juggle. Each receives only what it needs for its purpose:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
- UploadThing — storage and delivery of uploaded media files.
- Polar — payment processing (merchant of record).
- Resend — email delivery.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
These providers may process data on servers located outside Colombia, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers with recognized security practices and contractual data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account and your organizations are active. If you want your account or an organization's data deleted, email us at notifications@juggleit.co and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain records for legal or billing reasons. Some data (like backups) may persist briefly after deletion before being rotated out.
Your rights
Under Colombia's data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and its decrees), you have the right to know, access, update and correct your personal data, to request proof of authorization, to be informed about how it is used, to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, and to revoke consent or request deletion where no legal duty requires us to keep the data.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection.
To exercise any of these rights, email notifications@juggleit.co. We will respond within the terms established by applicable law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production data is restricted, and payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and current industry measures to protect your data.
Children
Juggle is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify active users by email or inside the app before the changes take effect.
