Terms of Service
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Juggle (juggleit.co), a project management platform for animation, motion and design studios, operated by Lorenzo Franco (“Juggle”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Juggle on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.
2. The service
Juggle brings a studio's production into one place: projects and tasks, frame-accurate media review and annotation, time tracking, project wikis, and dashboards for hours, budgets and workload. We continuously improve the service; features may be added, changed or retired.
3. Accounts and organizations
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
- Content lives inside organizations. Organization owners and managers control who is invited, member roles, and what members can see and do.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity that happens under your account.
4. Trial, plans and billing
- Free trial. New organizations get a free trial (as advertised at signup) with no credit card required. When the trial ends without a subscription, access to paid features stops but your data is not deleted.
- Plans. Paid access is offered per seat or as a flat unlimited plan, billed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. For billing issues or refund requests, contact us — we handle them case by case and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Your content
Your studio's work is yours. Juggle claims no ownership over the projects, media, comments or any other content you upload. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: to store, process, transmit and display your content to you and to the organization members you share it with.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload. In production work this matters: client footage, commissioned frames and third-party assets may require your client's or licensor's permission to upload for review.
We do not use your content for advertising and we do not use it to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as your own;
- use the service to send spam or malicious content.
7. Availability
We work to keep Juggle fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control can cause downtime. We recommend keeping your own copies of source media files — Juggle is a review and management tool, not your archival storage.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
9. Termination
You can stop using Juggle and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, harms other users or puts the service at risk — where reasonable, we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify active users by email or inside the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
